- Custom exercises you create (name, description, timing parameters)2.2 Progress Tracking- Journal entries (text notes about your exercise experiences, limited to 100 words per entry)
- Session history and statistics
- Exercise preferences and favorites2.3 Custom Exercise Content- Custom exercise names and descriptions
- Breathing timing parameters (inhale, hold, exhale durations)
- Stretching timing parameters (stretch and rest durations)
- Number of rounds/cycles for each exercise
- Safety information (cautions, best time to use, when to avoid)2.4 Media Files- Images you upload (up to 3 per exercise, stored locally)
- Videos you upload (up to 1 per exercise, maximum 3 minutes, stored locally)
- Media files are associated with specific exercises for instructional purposes2.5 Notification Preferences- Exercise reminder schedules (time of day for notifications)
- Notification enable/disable status for each exercise type
- Notification identifiers for managing scheduled reminders2.6 App Settings- Display preferences
- Search history within the app
- Navigation history3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATIONWe use the collected information solely to:- Provide and improve the App's functionality
- Track your exercise progress and history
- Display your custom exercises and associated media
- Send scheduled exercise reminders via push notifications
- Enable you to journal about your exercise experiences
- Personalize your app experience
- Navigate you directly to exercises from notification taps (deep linking)4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY4.1 Local Storage Only
ALL data is stored exclusively on your device using:- iOS UserDefaults for preferences and settings
- iOS FileManager for media files (images and videos)
- Local JSON encoding for exercise data and journal entries
- No cloud synchronization or external server storage4.2 Data Security- Your data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
- Media files are stored in the app's sandboxed directory, accessible only by the App
- No data is transmitted over the internet
- No third-party analytics or tracking services are used4.3 Media File Security- Uploaded images and videos are stored in the app's private documents directory
- Files are not accessible to other apps or services
- Media files are automatically deleted when you delete the associated exercise5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSUREWe do NOT:- Share your data with third parties
- Sell your data
- Use your data for advertising
- Transmit your data to external servers
- Access your data remotelyThe only exception: If required by law, we may need to disclose information in response to valid legal requests from authorities.6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICESYou have complete control over your data:6.1 Access and Modification- View all your exercise history and journal entries within the App
- Edit or delete custom exercises at any time
- Modify journal entries or delete them individually
- Add, view, or remove media files from exercises6.2 Deletion- Delete individual journal entries
- Delete custom exercises (this also deletes associated media files)
- Delete the App to permanently remove all data from your device
- Clear notification schedules by disabling notifications for specific exercises6.3 Notification Control- Enable or disable notifications for each exercise type independently
- Change notification times at any time
- Notifications can also be managed through your device's system settings7. MEDIA UPLOAD TERMSWhen you upload images or videos to the App:- You confirm you have the rights to the content
- You confirm the content does not infringe on third-party rights
- You confirm you have consent from any individuals appearing in the content
- The content is stored locally and used only for your personal exercise guidance
- You can delete uploaded media at any time8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACYThe App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please obtain parental consent before using the App.9. PUSH NOTIFICATIONSThe App uses push notifications to:- Remind you of scheduled exercise sessions
- Provide direct links to specific exercises when you tap notifications (deep linking)Notification data includes:- Exercise name and type

- The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT5.1 Your ContentWhen you upload images, videos, or create custom exercises ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Breathtanking a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service to you.5.2 Content Rights ConfirmationBy uploading any media (images or videos), you confirm that:- You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload it
- The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- The content does not violate any laws or regulations
- You have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals appearing in the content5.3 Prohibited ContentYou may not upload content that:- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains viruses or malicious code

- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
